STRUCTURE

Electromagnetic iron remover is composed of five parts: main machine of iron remover,oil circulating water cooling system,feeding device,electric control cabinet (full-automatic) and cooling water supply and drainage device. The host consists of feed hopper, working chamber (magnetic chamber),magnetic core, change-over valve,change-over valve drive device, discharge pipe, discharge pipe,vibration exciter, frame,etc; The oil circulating water cooling system consists of oil tank, thermal insulation oil,oil guide pipe,oil circulating pump, oil circulating sight glass, plate heat exchanger,etc;The feeding device consists of silo, feeder, feeder controller, etc. The water supply device is prepared by the user.
