INTRODUCE

Permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator (from single cylinder to four cylinders) is a kind of magnetic separation equipment for continuous and automatic iron removal from dry powder. It adopts unique magnetic circuit design inside,and is equipped with crossed or flipping magnetic field. As the magnetic source, it uses high performance magnet NdFeB as the magnetic source, with strong magnetic field, large suction and high iron removal rate. It is maintenance-free,energy saving,safe and reliable in use,etc.It can adjust and control the feed amount,and is applicable to the requirements of different particles.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The magnetic field of permanent magnet cylindrical magnetic separators is divided into two mechanisms: rotary and fixed.

The fixed type is mainly suitable for wet separation of fine particles of strong magnetic substances in weak magnetic fields, or for removing strong magnetic minerals from non magnetic minerals. When the slurry flows into the magnetic field area, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder,and the weak magnetic and non magnetic minerals are sorted and eliminated. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder are carried out of the magnetic field area with the rotation of the cylinder.

Rotary type is applicable to dry separation of fine (medium strong) magnetic minerals. Due to high-speed rotation,the magnetic rolling times of magnetic particles are much higher than that of ordinary magnetic separator,which has a significant effect on ring breaking magnetic agglomeration and improving rich ore ratio. Minerals are separated into magnetic and non-magnetic substances after separation and discharged from their respective ore outlets.
