INTRODUCE
The permanent magnet belt magnetic separator mainly consists of nine parts: frame, receiving hopper, strong magnetic roller, non magnetic roller, light annular belt, driving motor,receiving hopper,and electric control cabinet.
The permanent magnet belt magnetic separator adopts an open air gap magnetic circuit design, consisting of a rare earth permanent magnet strong magnetic ring and a high conductivity magnetic material yoke,according to the principle of permanent magnet focusing. With this strong magnetic roller as the core,a dry single roller or multi roller belt magnetic separator can be formed. The magnetic field has characteristics such as large depth of action and difficulty in demagnetization. Therefore, the equipment has a high processing capacity and strong adaptability to production fluctuations,resulting in good sorting effects.
APPLICATION SCOPE
Permanent magnetic belt magnetic separator is applicable to iron removal of dry powder in ceramic industry;lronremoval of raw materials such as quartz sand,refractory materials and plastic particles;lron removal and sorting of scrap metal.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The mineral particles pass through the feeding opening of the magnetic rod box and the permanent magnetic rod in the magnetic rod box. The magnetic substances in the mineral particles are adsorbed on the magnetic rod due to the magnetic force. The non-magnetic mineral particles pass through the magnetic rod and are discharged from the discharging opening. At the same time,the permanent magnetic rod is pulled by the air cylinder device layer by layer to enable the ferromagnetic substances adsorbed on the permanent magnetic rod to be automatically separated and discharged from the iron removal opening.
