INTRODUCE

The function of a high-temperature calcination furnace is to cause quartz minerals to rapidly expand after high-temperature calcination and water quenching.and to cause stress concentration during emergency contraction during rapid cooling,leading to the formation of cracks in the minerals, thereby achieving quartz fragmentation.In addition,high-temperature calcination can effectively destroy the structure ot Muscovite and silicate quartz minerais,further promote quartz fragmentation and exposure of internal impurities, which is conducive to the characteristics of subsequent acid leaching and other processes. The body is made of carbon steel body with high-temperature resistant rock wool, and the carrier materialis S310 stainless steel pipe.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
