INTRODUCE

Drum dryers are divided into single-drum dryer and Three-cylinder dryer. In the center of the drum drvers, it is possible to avoid adding a dispersing mechanism.The wet materials entering the drying cylinder are repeatedly lifted and thrown off by the plate on the cylinder wall, and are broken into fine particles by the dispersing device during the falling process, with the specific area greatly increased and fully contacted with the hot air for drying.

ADVANTAGE

1.Three-cylinder dryeris made of alloy steel plate,whichis 3-4times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel plate,but the investmentis only1/6 of the foreign imported products.

2.The initial moisture content of the material is 15%,and the moisture content after drying shall beless than 0.5-1%.lt is the preferred equipment for cement plant,slag micro-powder and dry mixed mortar production line.

3.The thermal efficiency of the three-cylinder dryer is up to 80%(the traditional single-cylinder thermal efficiency is only 35%),and the thermal efficiency is improved  by 45%;The total power of the drum type is reduced,and the power is saved by 40%;The total coal power consumption of large and medium-sized three-barrel dryers in one year is saved by about one million yuan.

4.The fuel can be white coal,bituminous coal，coal gangue,oil and steam.The dryer can dry block materials,granular materials and powdery materials below 20-40mm.

5.The floor area of the three-barrel dryer is reduced by about 40%compared with the single-barrel dryer,and the civil engineering investment is reduced by about 50%.

6.Three-cylinder dryeris well sealed. without air leakage.lt can be installed quickly and completed within a few hours.

7.If the discharge temperatureis less than 50°C,it can be directly fed into the material storage without coolingin the cooling shed.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The machineis mainlycomposed of rotating body,lifting plate,transmission device,supporting device and sealing ring.The dryeris a cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal direction.The material is added from the higher end. The high-temperature hot flue gas and the material flow into the cylinder.With the rotation of the cylinder,the material moves to the lower end due to the action ofgravity.A plate is installed on the inner wall of the cylinder to lift and sprinkle the materials,so as to increase the contact surface between the materials and the air flow,improve the drying rate and promote the materials to move forward.The dried product is collected from the bottom.
