INTRODUCE

This flotationmachineis driven by a motor and a belt to rotate the impeller, which generates centrifugal force to form a vacuum. On the one hand. it draws in sufficient air to mix with the quartz sand slurry, and on the other hand, it stirs the slurry with the reagent to mix. At the same time, it fine-tunes the foam to make the minerals adhere to the bubbles above, float to the surface of the slurry and then form mineralized foam. The height of the aate is adiusted to control the water level, so that the foam containing impurities is scraped out by the scraper.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

After the quartz sand slurry and reagent are fully mixed, they are fed into the bottom of the flotation machine. After the impeller rotates, a negative pressure is formed in the wheel cavity,which makes the slurry from the bottom of the tank and the slurry in the tank enter the mixing zone through the lower suction port and upper suction port of the impeller, and also makes the air enterthe mixing zone alongthe air guide sleeve The slurry, air and reagent are mixed here. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the impeller,the mixed slurry enters the mineralization zone, the air forms bubbles and is broken up, and is fully contacted withthe quartz sand particles to form mineralized bubbles. Under the action of the stator and turbulent plate, it is uniformly distributed in the cross-section of the tankbody, and then moves upward into the separation zone，accumulates to form a foam layer,and is discharged by the foam scraping device to form attached impurity foam. The quartz sand particles that havenot been mineralized on the bottom of the tank will be re-mixed, mineralized and separated from impurities through the circulation hole and the upper suction port. Until the impurities contained in the quartz sand are removed to the expected result, the quartz sand materialcan be discharged from the flotation machine as a finished product to the material box.
