INTRODUCE

The double cone rotary drier is a bi-conical rotary tank. In the vacuum state of the tank, heat transfer oil or hot water is fed into the jacket for heating. The heat is contacted with the acid leaching materials through the inner wall of the tank. The acid leaching materials are heated after absorbing heat and the rotation of the tank makes the materials continuously swing up and down, inside and outside, so the reaction speed of the materials is accelerated and the purification efficiency is improved.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The heat transfer oil(or water)heated externally enters the jacket of the double-cone rotary drier through pipes to heat the materials in the drier to improve the internal reaction efficiency.
