INTRODUCE
Linear vibrating screen uses vibrating motor as vibrating power source, so that materials are thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line at the same time. Materials evenly enter the feed inlet of the screening machine from the feeder, and produce several kinds of oversize and undersize materials through the multi-layer screen, which are discharged from their respective outlets.
With low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust spillover, automatic discharging, more suitable for assembly line operation.
APPLICATIONSCOPE
Linear vibrating screen can also screen and classify powdery and granular materials, which is widely used in guartz sand, plastic, abrasive, chemical industry, medical treatment, building materials, food, carbon, chemical fertilizer and other industries.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The linear vibrating screenis driven by double vibration exciters. When two vibration exciters rotate synchronously and reversely, the excitation force generated by the eccentric block offsets each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and superposed into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion path of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have a dip angle with respect to the screen surface. Underthe combined force of exciting force and material gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surfaceto make a leaping forward rectilinear motion, so as to screen and classify the material.
Straight-line vibrating screen can be used for automatic operationin assembly line. lt has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and fully enclosed structure without dust dispersion. The maximum sieving mesh is 400 meshes and 7 kinds of materials with different particle sizes can be sieved.
