INTRODUCE

Drum screen is mainly used for dewatering, desliming and medium removal. lt can be used for sand washing in aggregate plant, coal slime recycling in coal preparation plant, dry discharge of tailings in beneficiation plant, etc. Therefore. it is also called sand roller screen, mine roller screen, coal slime roller screen, high frequency roller screen, etc. Roller screen adopts double-electrode self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator. it is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter. supporting system and motor. Two mutually independent vibrators are driven by the belt coupling for synchronous reverse operation. The component force of centrifugal force generated by two groups of eccentric mass along the vibration direction is superimposed and the reverse centrifugal force is counteracted to form a single excitation vibration along the vibration direction, so that the screen box moves back and forth in a straight line.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The roller unit is mounted obliquely on the frame. The motoris connected with the roller device through the reducer through the coupling, and the driving roller device rotates aroundits axis. When the materials enter the roller device, due to the inclination and rotation of the roller device, the materials onthe screen surface are turned overand rolled,so that the qualified materials(undersize products)are discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the rear end ofthe roller, and the unqualified materials(oversize products)are discharged through the outlet at the tail of the roller. Due to the turnover and rolling of materialsin the roller, the materials stuck in the screen hole can be eiected to prevent the screen hole from blocking.
