INTRODUCE

The crushing mechanism of the roller crusher is composed of a pair of parallel and horizontal cylindrical rollers. When the pair of roller pedestals rotate in opposite directions,the materials added into the feed inlet fall on the roller under the action of friction force on the roller surface and gravity. The material is pulled into the space between two rotating rollers and impacted,sheared and rubbed by the rollers. When the action of these forces is greater than the cohesive force between the crystal lattices of the object,the material is broken into small pieces to achieve the purpose of crushing. The crushed material is pushed out by the rotating roller and discharged downward.

IMPORTANT COMPONENTS

The accumulator is a pressure vessel and composed of nitrogen and hydraulic oil (other gases cannot be used). The supplementary pressure of the accumulator is 8-10MPa，and the operating pressure is 0.6~0.8 of the system oil pressure. The pressure gauge provided with the accumulator shall be used to measure the pressure regularly under the condition of system pressure relief. If the system oil pressure is set as 10MPa,the accumulator pressure shall be 6~8MPa to avoid air leakage affecting the system operation. It is strictly prohibited to use the accumulator without pressure!

SECURITY

1. The shield of the mechanical transmission part shall be firmly installed, and shall be timely repaired after being damaged. When the maintenance equipment is removed,it shall be timely reset.

2. Motor,starting cabinet and main machine shall be grounded reliably.

3. During operation, do not peep from the feed port to the crushing chamber to prevent the eyes from being damaged by jumping materials.

4. In case of material blockage at the feed inlet, shut down the machine for treatment. It is forbidden to poke materials inwards with iron bars during operation, so as to avoid damaging the machine and hurting people.
