INTRODUCE

DMC pulse bag dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency pulse dust collector that is improved on the basis of bag dust collector. The pulse bag filter has been further improved, and the modified pulse bag filter retains high purification efficiency, large gas processing capacity, stable performance, and convenient operation.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Under the attraction of the induced draft fan,the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper and is evenly distributed to each filter bag after passing through the deflector. Dust is intercepted on the external surface of the filter bag,and gas passes through the filter bag and is discharged outside after passing through the clean air chamber.The dust collected on the external surface of the filter bag by the bag-type dust collector will reduce the air permeability of the filter bag and increase the resistance of the dust collector continuously until the resistance reaches the set value (differential pressure control) or the filtration time reaches the set value(time control). Generally, the pulse valve in the closed state is opened for a very short period of time (about0.1s) under the pulse blowing control of PLC pulse blowing controller, and the high pressure gas enters the blowing pipe from the air bag instantaneously, And ejected from the blowing hole at high speed. The high velocity air flow injected into the filter bag generates a secondary flow several times more than the injected gas. The combined action of jet air flow and secondary drainage rapidly increases the pressure on the inner side of the filter bag,the filter bag changes from the original concave shape to the convex shape, and generates a large reverse acceleration when the deformation reaches the maximum value. The dust adsorbed on the filter bag is mainly separated from the surface of the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper under the effect of the reverse acceleration, and the resistance of the dust collector decreases accordingly. The process of removing dust from the filter bag surface is called dust removal. Ash removal is carried out one by one. Every time the pulse valve acts, one row of filter bags will be cleaned. The pulse valve operates successively according to the set time interval and sequence until a cycle is completed. The whole dust collector has completed one ash removal cycle.
