INTRODUCE
Composite crusher,also known as vertical crusher for short,is a kind of adjustable fine crushing equipment without screening strip, which is optimized and designed on the basis of domestic advanced fine crushing equipment. The composite crusher has a large crushing ratio,and the discharge particle size can be adjusted arbitrarily without being affected by the wear of plate hammer and liner plate; Without screen strip,it is not easy to block when crushing materials with high water content and large silt content;The elastic regulating mechanism is adopted to automatically discharge the unbreakable materials entering,without causing equipment damage; The bearing is arranged horizontally, with long service life, which can crush materials with high temperature (such as cement clinker).

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The blocky ore falls into the upper discharge tray of the upper crushing cavity from the feed hopper,and the materials are thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder by the centrifugal force of the discharge tray.The materials collide violently with the impact plate installed on the inner wall,and at the same time,the materials collide with each other to crush or produce a lot of hairline cracks. Then, the materials enter the conical rotor cavity, and fall down in spiral shape in the conical space. After punching and extrusion, the cracked ore is further crushed. Due to the slope between the conical rotor and the liner plate, the smaller materials are driven to migrate downward, so as to achieve automatic grading and crushing from large to small.
The materials in the conical rotor cavity are hit by the hammer head. The high-speed running block materials collide with the counterattack plate again,and the material flow collides with each other to crush the materials after being hit, impacted, sheared and extruded, so as to improve the crushing efficiency.
